Shipping policy

We provide free standard shipping on all orders.

In order to continue offering free shipping, we use a variety of shipping providers and services to deliver orders to our customers. The shipping provider and service used may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier availability, shipment size, carrier volume, and other external factors.

Delivery Times

We do our best to have orders delivered as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Most stock orders are estimated to arrive within 3–10 business days. Custom orders are estimated to arrive within 4–5 weeks. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, destination, weather, damage, missed delivery attempts, signature requirements, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers should not schedule installers, contractors, inspections, cutting work, or other project work until the order has been received and inspected.

Shipping Damage or Delays

Due to the fragile nature of our products, damage can sometimes occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or if the carrier confirms damage in transit, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that a replacement unit is required, the replacement is unlikely to arrive within the original estimated delivery timeframe.

Signature Requirement

By default, our products require a customer signature upon delivery. If you would prefer delivery without a signature requirement, please contact us after placing your order to confirm that you accept delivery without a signature.

If you do not request removal of the signature requirement before shipment, you may be able to update your delivery preferences directly through the carrier tracking link, depending on the carrier.
