Our custom egress windows need to be quoted by a member of our team.
Send us a message with your desired size and colour.
We will quote you a price for that size and colour combination.
We will give you a 1-time personalized discount code that will reduce the listed price here to the price that we have quoted.
Once we issue the discount code, it will be valid for 2 weeks.
Place an an order for the style, size, and colour that we quoted and apply the discount code that we provided at checkout.
Once your window is ready, we will reach out to let you know that it is ready for pickup.

You can only order the size and colour combination that has been quoted - if you try to use a code to order a size other than the one quoted, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a $25 processing fee.
We do not provide shipping for custom egress windows. You must pick them at our warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario.
All custom egress sales are final - we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Once your custom order has been sent into production, we will not be able to refund you if you decide to cancel.
While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of when your window will be ready, this estimate is always subject to change for supply chain reasons that are beyond our control. Be sure to allow yourself ample buffer time when placing an order.

Our custom-sized egress windows are awesome! We can make one with any frame dimensions that you can dream up. Well almost. We do have some engineering limitations on the maximum frame dimensions and, of course, we wouldn't be selling you an egress window if we went below certain dimension minimums. But within those limits, we can make any size you want, need, or desire.
We strongly encourage everyone purchasing a custom-sized egress window to first consult our Egress Calculator. The calculator will provide the specs on the window you are considering, tell you if it passes egress code in your region, and warn you if the window might be too large to sustain the required egress opening.
You guessed it, we have an array of custom colours for you to choose from if you want to spice up your new egress window. If you have a very particular colour in mind and you don't see it on this list, send us a message and we will figure out a way to get you the egress window of your dreams (assuming you also dream about egress windows). Most of the time we are able to colour match any colour as long as you can provide us with a sample.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
You are ordering a custom egress window. This means that a window is being made specifically for you based on your exact requirements. Depending on current demand volumes, this process often takes between 4 and 6 weeks until the window is ready for you to pickup.

How is the window shipped?

We want to make sure that the process of getting the right egress window for your home is as simple as possible.
It is important to remember that egress requirements do vary from place to place. You are responsible for confirming that the custom-sized egress window that you purchase passes egress code in your region.
